At Damitahome, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unassembled
- In their original packaging
- Returned with all included accessories and parts
Proof of purchase or your order number is also required.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly offer:
- A free replacement
- Or a full refund at no additional cost to you
Please email us at service@damitahome.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns for Personal Reasons
If you would like to return an item for personal reasons — such as ordering the wrong size, purchasing by mistake, or changing your mind — you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Items must be returned unused and in original packaging
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the returned item:
- Shows signs of use or installation
- Is missing parts, accessories, or packaging
- Is not in its original condition
Refund eligibility will be evaluated after the returned item is inspected.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products
- Items damaged through improper use or installation
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized by Damitahome before being shipped back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.
